Description

A TTG internal AI-as-a-Service platform designed to give applications a common, SDK-exposed API for language models. The engineering challenge is to make providers, retrieval, and reusable AI capabilities available through a consistent application boundary.

One access layer, multiple providers

The platform abstracts Azure OpenAI, OpenRouter, LiteLLM, Hugging Face, Ollama, and self-hosted models, with request and rate-limit monitoring. This keeps application code from being tightly bound to one model provider.

Retrieval and reusable services

Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines cover document ingestion, semantic indexing, vector retrieval, contextual memory, and response orchestration. Shared services include prompt templates, tokenizer management, caching, conversation memory, sandboxed execution, and tool invocation.

Large-file processing

For submissions over 100 MB, isolated pod and container environments track asynchronous processing. The flow uses Docling base64 conversion and object storage, pairing an internal BOM ID with a provider response ID until the result returns.

This is company platform work. Its source code and internal product endpoint are not public.
