From document intake to operational workflow
Azure AI Document Intelligence extracts information from customs documents, while a billing auto-mapping pipeline matches incoming documents to the appropriate customer. The platform also connects to Descartes, TANIT, SOIVRE, and GVMS, with background jobs for customs and transport notifications.
Connecting the surrounding systems
Power Automate and Microsoft Graph support client email workflows, and the work includes the transport management platform (TMP) context around these operations. The supplied experience record attributes a 40% reduction in declaration processing time, document extraction accuracy above 90%, and approximately 15 hours saved per week to this work.
